Memo 8: Trust the Process

The chaos, the confusion, feeling weary and/or drained, feeling like your foundation is crumbling. It is all a sign that you need to get quiet and go inward for what you need.

You are going through a serious period of expansion. It may be uncomfortable but stop resisting. TRUST the process.

Allow things of old to fall away so that you can begin to build new structures, spaces and identities that serve you in the present.
