This masterclass goes beyond the myth of meditation as numbing out or forcing silence. Instead, we’ll explore it as a practical, powerful practice for: Mental Health Hygiene — training the “mental muscle” that lets you pause, observe, and choose your response with clarity. Spiritual Activation — reconnecting with your creative core, the part of you that bridges spirit and matter. Together, during this 90-minute class, we’ll dive deeper into what makes meditation so powerful and MOST IMPORTANTLY, we will practice accessible forms of mindfulness and meditation. You'll leave this class with the foundations of a meditative practice that stabilizes you personally, while also making you more effective in the work of collective liberation and well-being.
