Crystal purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date your package shows as being delivered in the USPS system. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. After this 14-day period, no returns or exchanges of crystals will be accepted.

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times may be higher in times where the volume of orders is increased (i.e. sales and promotions).

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your purchase once you receive this email.

**DUE TO COVID-19, shipping times with USPS may be longer than expected.**

Once a tracking number is provided and your package is accepted by USPS, your purchase is making its way through the USPS system and Life Manifesting is no longer responsible. Life Manifesting and/or it’s owner/operator is NOT responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during transit so long as the shipping address matches the address on the order receipt.

All crystal jewelry pieces from Life Manifesting are handmade, thus no pieces will look exactly alike. Crystal availability varies and custom creations are only available for customers who have received a coaching session where it was determined that crystal healing would be a useful tool. The wire used to create these pieces is not chemically treated beyond what was done by the manufacturer.

All crystals are energetically cleansed prior to being used to create a jewelry piece and again prior to shipping.

As crystal jewelry pieces are handmade, they will require very gentle care and keeping to maintain the best condition possible.

Though the wire is not treated by me, the manufacturer does add a scratch and tarnish resistant coating to the wire. This kind of coating disagrees with any prolonged sun exposure, wetness, salt water, various cosmetics, and chemical substances. Additionally, wiping the with any coarse fabrics or scratching it on objects may damage this coating as well. It is best to put on your jewelry after body care products (oils, lotions, and creams) and cosmetics (makeup, and perfumes) have been absorbed/settled into the skin.

Be mindful that some crystals will naturally fade when placed in prolonged sunlight (amethyst, citrine, rose quartz). Others may erode when exposed to water (selenite, labradorite, kyanite, calcite) so exercise caution when using your crystals around these elements.
