Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Individual Circle Gatherings These offerings are sacred containers of connection, healing, and joy—shared in real-time community. So there are no recordings provided for these sessions. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation & Auto-Renewal Policy for Monthly Membership To support your access and continuity, all memberships are set to auto-renew based on the frequency selected at checkout (monthly or annually). Your payment method on file will be automatically charged on the renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time once a billing cycle has begun. Access to membership benefits (including live events, recordings, resources, and discounts) will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You can manage or cancel your membership anytime through your member account dashboard and you’re always welcome your return when the timing aligns.
