The intention for this class is to explore information and practical applications for doing the work of differentiating one’s own intuitive guidance from past trauma and stress responses in the body. Together we will explore: - the meanings of intuition and trauma - similarities and differences between how intuition and trauma present - reasons for confusion between the two - concepts in liberating your intuition from trauma and stress responses - multi-dimensional practices for liberating intuition guidance
